ATP readings, last 30 days
ATP readings, year to date
How to read this dashboard
RLU (Relative Light Units) is what the ATP meter reports. It measures light given off by a chemical reaction with residual biological material — food residue, organic soil, microbes. Lower RLU is better — it means less residue was left on the surface.
The dotted line is the pass/fail threshold for this surface, taken from the THRESHOLD column in your data. The "Latest" reading turns red when it's over that threshold. Thresholds may change as you refine them, so the line's position can move over time — it isn't a fixed statistical calculation.
The trend line is a rolling average of the last several readings. A trend line sloping downward over time is a real, visible sign of improvement, even on days when an individual reading was already fine.
Why the scale looks compressed: RLU values for one piece of equipment can span from under 100 to over a million. To fit that on one readable chart we compress the vertical scale — but every label, tooltip, and number you see is converted back into real RLU so you're never reading a "log" number.
Using your own data
Click Load Data File… and pick an Excel workbook in the same format as
ATP_Data_Template.xlsx — a DATA tab with DATE, LINE, EQUIPMENT, SURFACE TYPE, RLU (RAW),
and THRESHOLD columns.
After you add new rows and save the file in Excel, click Reload to refresh the charts. In Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer, you can also turn on Auto-refresh so the dashboard picks up changes on its own every 10 seconds while the file stays open — no need to click anything.
Nothing you load here leaves this browser tab. There's no server, no upload, and no internet connection required at any point.
